I have been going here for two laser hair removal sessions so far for two months. All of the staff are pretty professional, and they’re friendly, too. By professional, I mean they’re good at explaining things and they aren’t neglectful; they ask you if the laser hurts as things go on and if you want to save the parts that hurt worst for last, for instance, or if you want to pause or go lower next time. The waiting room is welcoming and inviting. Everything seems high quality, at least to me as a layperson. The consultation required me to sign a lot of paperwork but was informative. The appointments are scheduled promptly and if you show up on time you’ll be seen on time. I got it for a a good price due to a seasonal sale, but you don’t know the price until the consultation. To get it at the sale price I paid everything upfront, which I find more concenei anyway. Anyway, I’d recommend them!
