MedSpa Policies

Welcome to Noor Laser MedSpa, where we are committed to providing you with exceptional aesthetic and wellness services. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our policies.

Booking and Cancellation

Appointments: We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations have a fee of $50. We do have a 15 minute grace period for all appointments and any lateness past 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and a $50 fee will be added to your next appointment.

Consultations

Consultation Fee: A reservation fee of $50 is applied towards all new clients, which can be redeemed on the consultation date but is non-re-fundable and non-transferrable.

Medical History: For your safety, please provide accurate and thorough information about your medical history during all appointments.

Payments and Refunds

Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, care credit, cash, and touch-less payment methods.

Refund Policy: All services and skincare is non-refundable.

Service Etiquette

Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

Attire: Wear comfortable clothing and arrive with no makeup or lotions on the treatment area for services.

Children Policy: To maintain a tranquil environment and ensure the safety of all clients, we kindly request that you make arrangements for childcare during your visit. Our services are designed to provide a relaxing experience for all clients, and due to the nature of our treatments and for the safety of all clients, children are not permitted in the treatment areas. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Medical Considerations

Pregnancy: Notify your service provider if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions that may affect your treatment.

Allergies: Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to products or ingredients.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Client Information: Your personal and medical information is confidential and will not be shared without your consent.

Before and After Photos: We may take before and after photos for documentation and promotional purposes.
