To ensure a safe, smooth, and professional experience for all clients, please review the following policies:

Appointments & Cancellations
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $75 fee. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and may need to be rescheduled with the applicable fee.

Paperwork
Please complete all required paperwork prior to your appointment. Intake forms will be sent to the contact information provided upon booking.

Payments & Refunds
We accept major credit cards, cash, Cherry, CareCredit, and contactless payments. All services and skincare products are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Medical Information
Clients are required to provide accurate and complete medical history, including allergies, medications, and relevant health conditions, to ensure safe and appropriate treatment.

Arrival & Preparation
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in. Arrive with a clean treatment area, free of makeup, lotions, or skincare products unless otherwise instructed.

Children
For safety and liability reasons, children are not permitted in the office unless they are under the direct supervision of an accompanying adult at all times. Children are not permitted in treatment areas and may not be left unattended in the office while a parent or guardian is receiving treatment. An additional accompanying adult must be present to supervise any child for the duration of the appointment. Please make prior childcare arrangements before your appointment if another supervising adult is not available.

Treatment Considerations
Please inform your provider if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical conditions that may affect treatment. All services are customized, and individual results may vary.

Privacy
All personal and medical information is kept confidential. Before-and-after photos may be taken for documentation and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

Promotions & Gift Cards
Promotions may have specific terms and expiration dates. Gift cards are available for purchase and are non-refundable.

Card on File Authorization
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments at Noor Medical Spa. By providing your card information, you authorize us to securely store your card through our payment processor.

Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise authorized. The card on file may be used for authorized purchases at checkout and for applicable late cancellation or no-show fees as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
